RayTeam Automotive works with all aftermarket warranty companies. We have a 99.9% success rate of getting claims approved and covered in a timely manner. We do advise all customers that are considering purchasing an aftermarket warranty to always do their own research and to purchase the highest option/tier available to get the most coverage through their aftermarket warranty.

Over the last 15 years RayTeam has invested in factory diagnostic and repair equipment for Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Volkswagen. This equipment allows us to formulate a test plan, properly diagnose and learn a vehicle’s state of health, & gives us the pathway to efficiently fix your vehicle. If coding is required for a certain module, our equipment enables us to properly access & complete the repairs.

Carbon build-up on intake valves can cause your vehicle to not perform properly. For example, if your car is hesitating or stalling during initial start up, or not idling as smoothly as it should, it could be the intake valves. Typically when this happens, a check engine light can also appear. Newer models of vehicles that have direct injection will require this service at 45K-50K miles. This service is performed by properly inspecting the valves, and with the proper tools and chemicals needed to perform the job. The process is typically done by using very fine grit walnut shells (a.k.a – walnut blasting) that cut into the carbon, leaving the valves like new.

We recommend that the DSG Service be done every 40K miles on any VWs or Audis with the DSG transmission. This service includes draining and filling transmission with the proper OEM Specified fluid, along with changing all necessary o-ring and filters within the transmission.

RayTeam Automotive is an authorized dealer for Unitronic. Unitronic provides various ECU and TCU enhancing software to give your car the horsepower it needs! Depending on a vehicle’s supporting modification(s), each file will be tailored to meet the customer’s needs. Improvements consist of faster acceleration, more horsepower and torque- all while retaining factory safety tables within the ECU.

Water damage can ruin a vehicle in many ways, from eating away the electric wiring, to seizing up mechanical systems. The damage may not reveal itself for months, or even years. Corrosion and rust will eat away at sheet metal and components from the inside out over time. It is important to make sure that all doors, sunroof and trunk cowls are kept clean and lubricated. Overtime, debri, leaves, and dirt accumulate causing blockage. When this happens, it allows water to pool and make its way into the car.
